FAQ

Common questions.

What areas of South Australia do you service?+
We cover metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding regions across South Australia. If you're unsure whether we reach your area, get in touch and we'll confirm.
How do I refer a client to Regen Therapy?+
Use the Make a Referral button on this page. It takes a few minutes to fill in, and our admin team will be in touch once we've reviewed it. You can also email us directly at referrals@regentherapy.com.au.
Do you accept NDIS funding?+
Yes — we work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Just share your plan details and we'll coordinate with your plan manager if needed.
What is Support at Home and how does it affect me?+
Support at Home (SAH) is the Australian Government's new program that replaced Home Care Packages (HCPs) from July 2025. If you were on a Home Care Package, you've been transitioned automatically. SAH funds Allied Health services like Physiotherapy, OT, Podiatry, and Speech Pathology to help you stay independent at home. Regen Therapy is an approved provider — speak with your Care Partner about including us in your plan.
Do you work with different Support at Home providers?+
Yes — we work with a wide range of SAH providers across South Australia. Regardless of who manages your Support at Home plan, we can deliver services to you. Your Care Partner just needs to include Allied Health in your service schedule.
Can I buy equipment or items through Support at Home?+
It depends on the item. Support at Home has specific inclusion and exclusion lists that determine what can and can't be funded. Generally, items that support independence and safety at home (like mobility aids or bathroom modifications) may be covered, while everyday personal items are not. We can help you and your coordinator work out what's eligible.
Can you service aged care facilities?+
Absolutely. We provide routine and locum Allied Health services to Residential Aged Care facilities — including Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Speech Pathology, pain management, and manual handling training.
What should I expect from my first appointment?+
Your first session is an assessment. Your therapist will discuss your goals, medical history, and current challenges — then put together a personalised care plan. Sessions happen at a time that suits you, in your home or facility.
